For skincare and cosmetics products, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee for your peace of mind. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. We will offer returns where required under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund upon return. All return items will undergo review by our quality control team.

How to return an item

Send us an email regarding the faulty product, we will respond to you and then you can organise postage at your own expense back to us. We highly recommend a shipping method that offers tracking upon receipt.
